  • I'm in a similar place in terms of understanding Korean as well. I can pick out the key terms and phrases that I need to understand in order to answer. But I totally agree in how you want to have total immersion in Korean in your classes. When you're immersed in a language you are much more actively looking for context clues and words that you know to convey what you want to say. I've found that as I surround myself more with Korean culture in the videos that I watch, articles I read and people I talk with that I'm starting to think more in Korean which has been a big step for me.
