Seasoned raw beef (Yukhoe 육회)

I don't eat beef, but I thought this was an interesting dish. The beef is raw, so I was worried about the bacteria in it would wreck havoc in your gut if you consumed this...But somehow this is a traditional Korean dish so apparently our immune systems are stronger than I thought. Of course, Koreans make sure that the beef is high-quality and kept at optimal temperature for freshness so that helps lower the health risks.
