Last year I learned about some aspects Turkish history and culture. This year I intend to learn more about Turkish culture, history, and customs. I would like to explore traditions and holidays unique to Turkey. I still have never tried any Turkish food so I would like to find restaurant to try some traditional foods and maybe use my language skills to order. I hope to someday travel to Turkey, so I will ask my language tutor what I need to know or what to expect when I travel there.What is daily life like? I'm sure Turkey has a lot of subcultures as well, especially in the big cities.
