Our Communicative Task

The communicative task that we started is below.  Things in bold are new.

Scene: 20-something male and female (hard to get Israeli) in a bar in Tel-Aviv.  Guy is attempting to flirt with girl.  Dialogue occurs in Hebrew.

Guy: Hey, how's it going?
Girl: (Bluntly, not really asking) What?
Guy: I'm on Birthright and just got here.  What should I get us?
Girl: Us? I already have a drink.
Guy: Sorry my Hebrew isn't too good.  Can you help me order?
Girl: Fine what do you want?
Guy: Whatever you're having, which would be...?
Girl: Maccabbi Goldstar.  Momo!  The american wants a beer!
(Momo brings a beer to the guy)
Guy: How much?
Girl: Nonononononononono.  Put it on my tab Momo.  This is my welcome to Israel gift to you.  Tonight you experience the holy land the way it is meant to be experienced.
Guy: Great! How can I thank you.
Girl: Just keep talking.
