Thank you for educating me on baduk. This game isn't one I've heard of, but after your writing, I am considering picking it up! LOL. But seriously, I loved how you tied in the cultural connections to the country of Korea as well as the game.

I loved reading your post about baduk! You mentioned that the differences between baduk and chess are often said to illustrate differences between the East and West. Although I don't know how either game is played, board alone reminds me of the balances of Ying and Yang. Is this something you encountered during your research?
