Having looked back on my presentation, I am sure that I am still on the right track. Most of plans I made were implemented as they should be. Since I did not take SDLC 110, there is nobody checking if my pronunciation is correct or not. Moreover, the hardest part for me is speaking whole sentences with words connected with each other. Sometimes, pronunciation needs to be changed for the sake of fluency. I haven’t found a proper method that enhances verbal fluency, but I’ll keep having that in mind. Luckily, what we did in class, suggested a strong association between cultural conectivity. For example, French, Italien, and Spanish all belong to romance language. Such interconnectivity can help me finding words containing similar pronunciation, background, or root, which provides useful information for my final presentation. In addition, I have not combined what we learnt about primary manner, secondary manner, and point of articulation into my study plan. These are really good concepts that help me with pronunciation. I’ll try using them as soon as I am more proficient with it. In conclusion, everything is mainly on the right direction although some changes took place, and I will still be paying attention to new concepts we learn in class that can benefit my learning plan.
