This cultural post is really interesting! When people talk about Korean food, people usually introduce kimchi, bibimbap, or banchan. It is nice to see so many things about 고기. My favorite Korean meat dishes are bulgogi and galbi. Also, when I watched the variety show, it seems like 한우 is really expensive and delicious. I wonder how it tastes. I hope I can try it in Korea!
I enjoyed your cultural presentation about Korean BBQ! Korean BBQ is actually one of my favorite Korean foods. Although the food tastes great, the taste alone isn't the reason why I like it so much. Korean BBQ has a lot of cultural components intertwined to it just as you mentioned. It's always fun to eat with your friends especially if they cook for you!
