I seen some pojangmacha when I was living in Korea. When I was living in Korea I realized how people would think of the drinking etiquette to be very important. If one does not know how to properly serve or receive they would be viewed as not educated. Also, not knowing would offend our "boss" or your other colleagues so it is very important to know what to do in certain situations.
