I decided to include this artifact because it is one of my favorite Quechua songs, Munasquechay. The word, munasquechay, means “my loved one” and the theme of the song focuses on finally finding your loved one. It is one of my favorite songs because they relate love to nature, which I consider to be very characteristic of the Quechua culture. One of the lines that I was able to translate is tuta punchay maskakunay, which means “I looked for you day and night.” I have attached the link below.
