I have learned about Korean culture with my language partner, Joora. I learned a lot of history that I did not know before this semester. For example, we discussed many of the controversial historic events, such as “Comfort Women”, Dokdo, and the Independence Movement. I also learned how to respect and treat elders in the Korean culture. It was an eye opening experience.
