105 Post Learning Journal #10

When I was beginning to learn and read in Korean, I began by watching lots of Korean television. I picked up words I did not know and I learned how things were spelled.

I attended Korean school when I was in elementary school, so it served as a steady foundation when I taught myself higher-level vocabulary.

However, I believe I had it easier than others because it is my family's native language and I was exposed to both English and Korean starting at a young age.
