I learned how to appropriately agree or disagree with a statement in Korean. For example, depending on how I say "Isn't it hot?", I can either respond about the content or about the statement itself. I thought this was difficult to wrap my head around it first, and I definitely think I need more practice and exposure to it. Afterwards we watched a clip from a Korean variety show that featured international guests who are fluent in Korean and discussed the cultural differences that they had to get accustomed to. A point that they brought up that I thought was interesting was how to address respectively other foreigners who speak Korean. In the entertainment industry, they addressed their Korean "age" based on their first entertainment debut. After we watched the clip, we discussed it in Korean and went on to review material for what will be on the final and the following week we took the final.
